Each school year, Cedar Hill ISD hosts Convocation, a district-wide event held at the Performing Arts Center that brings together all staff for a pep rally, professional development, and an awards ceremony to kick off the new school year. The August 5 Convocation is centered on the theme “2gether We Thrive,” with a focus on motivating staff, fostering a sense of unity, and celebrating the resilience of CHISD scholars and educators who thrived through one of the most challenging school years. The event concludes with a call to action encouraging staff to build relationships, practice wellness, inspire change, and take ownership through a series of intentional reflections and commitments.

I supported this project through design, creating materials that visually reinforced the theme and goals of Convocation while helping communicate key messages and calls to action in a clear, engaging way.
